FUNDING

​VC's have a HUGE advantage over founders when negotiating deal terms.

​All have teeth, some will use them on you without remorse

​(which could leave you with nothing...) 

Landing funding is likely the least favorite part of a founders role.

For good reason.

It's stressful, soul destroying at times, and the company's very existance could be on the line.

You have to increase your shareholder value, and nothing moves the needle more.

Find what works- and fast.

Having a sales professional on hand to help determine the best path forward, who understands you don't have enough time & money is key.

Ears are more valuable than mouths in a start up Sales Dept.
